The Maintenance Crew Lead is a leadership role responsible for overseeing a team of maintenance labourers across a rotating schedule of residential and commercial properties. As the primary on-site supervisor, you will be accountable for the quality of work delivered, the safety and efficiency of your crew, and ensuring that every Matrix Landscaping client receives consistent, professional service. This is a year-round position that includes grounds maintenance through the growing season and snow and ice management in the winter months.
The Maintenance Lead Hand supports the Crew Lead in the day-to-day operations of the Matrix Landscaping maintenance division. As the second-in-command on the crew, you will help direct labourers, ensure work is completed to standard, and step up when the Crew Lead requires.
