Key Responsibilities

  • Install interlocking stone, retaining walls, natural stone features, and hardscape elements
  • Carry out planting, sodding, and horticultural installation according to design plans
  • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
  • Interpret and follow project plans, site layouts, and supervisor instructions

This is a year-round position that includes grounds maintenance through the growing season and snow and ice management in the winter months.

  • Lead, direct, and supervise a maintenance crew of 2–4 labourers on a daily basis
  • Plan and execute weekly maintenance schedules across assigned properties
  • Oversee turf care including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilization programs
